        On the phone for 2 days trying to get a renters policy rewritten for an address change. I have spoken to multiple customer service people who transfer me to who I need to speak to only to be left on hold for 15 minutes at a crack. At this point, I would like to cancel my renters policy, but guess what? I need to call to do that so I'd be on hold again!! There is no email contact either. This is maddening. I have told people I have spoken to that I keep getting transferred only to be transferred. I did file a complaint with the BBB as well.

        They refused to renew my policy, allowing it to expire without notifying me in any way, leaving me uninsured without knowledge. Then I discovered that they never transferred coverage to my new business location even though they agreed to and charged higher premiums for it. The customer service people involved in resolving the issue were pleasant and professional enough, but I can't get past the fact that I was paying premiums and not receiving any coverage.

        Why am I penalized for an accident? I did not cause. And yet I have a letter of 0% and negligent from your office. On a 2018 accident. I'm hit by someone that ran a red light. Lexus Nexus contact in your office about removal. Is this what is to be expected from Hartford insurance You keep sending me emails for a Price quote. And yet.Every time I do this. You refuse. This is the case stop sending me emails. About this matter.
