Zula Bar & Restaurant

I went to Zula During Happy hour and got there at @ 6pm. I ordered my drink and my meal. The drinks came out a a reasonable amount of time but the food never came out at all. At around 6:30 I noticed it started to get a little busier so i gave my waitress a little break a figured she would come to the table and at least tell me my food would be out soon. I got nothing!!! I waited another 15 minutes and asked the waiter what was the hold up and she said she would check...She proceeded to help other customers and clearly kept passing me by. I asked to speak to the female manager about 4 times and she didnt even have the courtesy to come to the table and say nothing. I saw customers who came in after me and they all were served before me. Finally I went up to the female manager and made a complaint and see why she havent come to my table seeing that i've asked for her 4 times.This rude woman had the nerve to tell me when its your turn i would come to you. After i've been waiting there for over an hour. By this time it was 7:10pm and im surprised i even waited there that long..She said i regret to inform you happy hour ended at 6 and your waiter should have told you. You should have seen the look on my face! I said no one told me and i've been waiting here and my order was place and everything...What are you going to do to accommodate me? She said "nothing"!!! Could you believe this lady? She was very rude and arrogant. I am very surprised with Zula on this one..I usually go there often and this was my first horrible experience ever. I will never go back!!!! Ever!!! And to that female manager you really need communication skills and you need to learn professionalism. You dont need to be in the restaurant buisness without these qualities. IM DONE!

Not in love with this place. My burger was burnt, the service wasn't great, and the atmosphere was boring.

Boring bland food that is never cooked correctly and service is extremely slow.
