Ive always bought beaters in the past and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first new vehicle. I feel super lucky that I got Luis as my salesperson. He was down to earth, easy to work with, and did not make me feel pressured at all even once. I was dreading a high pressure sales environment and this was not the case at all. Overall 10/10 Im so happy I went with Hamden Mazda. The car and purchase experience were both top of the line. Thanks again Luis for helping us find exactly what we were looking for.

On June 10th I brought my car here after my radiation treatment at the cancer center. Mel at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. I received an oil change and because the next day was my birthday, was offered a free car wash. The car wash next door was antiquated and the staff was extremely rude. If they offer you a free car wash believe me you get what you paid for. I give Mel 10 stars!!

Ali and the manager Eddy were very helpful and accommodating, even Lory in finance. It was my first car here in the US, and I couldnt be any happier with it. Thank you, Hamden Mazda!
