I hired Charles Abatement LLC for two properties. Asbestos was removed from pipes on a two family house in New Haven. The team of workers showed up on time did the remediation and the inspector came the same day, tested the air and certified the job. The owner was responsive to any questions I had. As they left I saw all the appropriately labeled hazardous waste bags earmarked for disposal. The second property was my own home and needed asbestos floor tiles removed. Again Mr. Charles gave me a price explained their process. The workers came in as promised removed the tiles, covered the residue with floor leveler. He also noticed some additional asbestos on heating pipes which he removed. The inspector tested and certified the air the following. I found the owner knowledgeable, and accessible. I would recommend Charles Abatement, LLC.
