Dentist was veri good, although he didn't perform full-mouth x-ray for my 1st time visit, and didn't mention x-ray machine was down at the time, still waiting after 2 wks for follow-up visit and call back

Facility is a little dated and they don't seem to have enough staff. The dentist is a very nice guy tho. One advice: please pick up the phone...

The dentist here started our appointment 45min late. Once it finally started, he proceeded to chat with me, which I thought was nice. But then 2hrs later he was still chatting and hadnt really cleaned my teeth. Finally he spent 2 min and then ran to his next appointment. The assistant came in 20 min later and didnt realize I was still there with fluoride still in my mouth. We asked to be taken off their patient list and to send records to another dentist office. Months later they have not complied with our requests. I really wanted to like this place, especially with all the good reviews. But I have to recommend to steer clear of this place.

I had an emergency situation and called the office. I had never been there before, and Carmen told me to come right away. I filled out the paperwork, they got me in the back for x-rays, and the doctor came in. I was in and out in an hour and honestly, it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctor's office! The receptionist, the hygienist, and the doctor, are all so kind and sweet! Receptive, respectful, all smiles, clean office, just all around wonderful! I've definitely found my new spot for my family's dental needs! Thank you all so much!
