Yale has turned homecare into a very sterile experience. Dont plan on seeing the same person twice or someone youre comfortable with because this is Yale and they dont do things that way. It is not about patient. Comfort is about bottom line.

HCP is the new name for VNA since the merge with Yale. I had an exceptionally good experience with VNA, mostly because I had the same great nurse for Mom consistently for many years. However, their HOSPICE program is very poorly managed, inconsistent, poor quality of nursing staff (if they came at all), and seem completely overwhelmed with patients which tells you its all about the $$$ for this organization. This is NOT the hospice organization for your loved one at a difficult time as they will receive little care and your frustration will escalate without remedy. Avoid at all cost.

A fantastic employer that really care about the employees and their clients. It's rare, in today's day and age, to find a company that actually knows your name and your not just a number.

I just started training here at lifetime I am so happy to be apart of the team. Let me say this Ive never walked into an orientation and walked out feeling like it was one of my best choices Ive made. The training was easy and fun! Our instructors were very helpful and awesome to work with. Everyone has been super nice to me and I cant wait to further my career here at lifetime
