So I have just about paid off my car through Oracle Finance, and not once did I have a problem.. Any time I called with a question, it was answered, and they were extremely nice to me. I definitely recommend them.

Do not use these clowns! Kayla is ridiculously rude and hangs up on people. Melissa is an idiot as a manager. I will be reaching out to an attorney over there pathetic business practices!

Absolutely terrible......missed payment by 2 weeks and they repossessed it......then wanted the entire cost of the vehicle..... woman was condescending, mean and totally insensitive!!!!!!

This company has gone downhill so bad when it comes to their customer service they are ignorant and uneducated. They can actually listen to an entire conversation they dont allow it actually finish a sentence and then when you do try to argue your point they say that youre being rude and they wanna just pretty much hang up on you as far as Im concerned this is my second car going through them. I will never purchase a car through Chau motors. I will never refer anybody to Chau motors, and I will actually recommend that everybody goes to a different store, because this is absolutely ridiculous like I got a great idea go get some formal education she can actually learn how to deal with people in customer service because that is what their job is required to do. Its called customer service and sales and they are so ignorant that theyll never get a sale from me or anybody that I know ever again
