1-800 Flowers: Groton Florist

Second time ordering from 1-800 flowers first time I was very satisfied this time around not at all. There was not one flower on the plant I ordered it was all green. And the led candle I ordered with it didn’t come it had a special message for someone that passed away they sent a regular candle instead. Then I called customer service and the lady made some excuse as to why she couldn’t schedule for a new delivery and stated she would call back. Needless to say I didn’t get any call back do not order from 1-800 flowers! Very disappointed with the service this time around.

I have used 1-800 Flowers over the years and they were okay. Nothing to rave about but the gift arrived on time and basically as described. However the last 2 orders I placed were absolutely a disaster with the flowers I sent to my spouse arrived wilted and not what was on the described picture or product listing. This last order really did it when I tried to order and have delivered flowers for my anniversary and the order never arrived with no communication to me at all. I had to do the research and find out myself what had happened(damaged in shipping) and then trying to get refund was 5 calls and quite a bit of time spent. They issued the refund and left out the shipping? Yet another 2 calls and follow up on my part to get the shipping refunded. I will never use 1-800 Flowers again...Terrible!
