        Support local small business and this might be the only yoga studio in town. Everyone is so nice just wishing some classes would run in a bigger studio as it was quite full.

        Kaia Yoga in Greenwich is such a wonderful studio. Whether you want to take heated or regular yoga classes, they have a lot to choose from. The teachers and studio staff are all amazing, and it is very clean, with a nice retail selection too. Ample parking and beautiful location. Really nice students and great supportive atmosphere!
