      image Bought a pair of shoes on sale, was fitted and thought I had struck gold with great service and knowledge. 2 months later the right shoe started to rip on the top so I brought them in to the store. Staff guy kept the shoes and said he would call me after he spoke with the manager. He called me 4 days later claiming I was supposed to call him and that they could not help me with the shoes - it was wear and tear (NOT - you can tell by the soles I am not a runner). He offered to size me for another pair of shoes. What? No thanks. Escalated to Saucony HQTRS and they are responding appropriately.
