Looked at our project twice and discussed details & then disappeared! Not the way to handle things. We met twice after Covid (and spoke in person) so, it wasn't Covid related.

Rosa carpentry's work is simply outstanding and their customer service is just as good. Throughout the process they were easy to deal with, their attention to detail was second to none and they were exceedingly transparent on price. called for a quote on Masonry work - Steve Rosa came over to see what I wanted done and he did confirm that the work can be done and that he would forward a quote. but the Mason would need to review for his input...called the following week, said he was waiting on Mason still, not to worry and he would be in touch.That was over two months ago now.If they had no intention or no interest that should have been communicated upon initiation.

Rosa Carpentry was great to work with. professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. We had to completely gut our kitchen after a pipe burst. They made everything much more manageable. Our kitchen and the cabinets they installed turned out better than I could have hoped for.
