Cherished photos of our family, which include our now deceased and beloved dog. Grateful we had this done a couple of years ago. I have had a number of the photos mounted / framed over a period of time in addition to what we purchased a few years ago. Everyone at Venture is nice. A great place!

It's amazing the pictures they can get. We went with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters under 3 and they were able to get the most beautiful pictures! For what you pay you get a quality picture.

Despite the initial allure of a complimentary photoshoot session, we found ourselves in a situation marked by a significant markup, unclear terms, and a less-than-transparent approach from the owner, Neil. Be very careful and make sure you understand all the terms and pricing before you decide on anything. Long story short, we embraced an invitation to a promotional photoshoot for our 6-month-old, only to encounter an unsettling experience. The owner, Neil, guided us into a prepayment of $500 for a 5x7 printed photo, with no refund option upon our decision to opt-out. This seemingly complimentary session felt more like a strategy to secure payments than deliver the promised experience. Separately, their prints are so below the bar for the price they are charging. I have worked with various photographers and photography services as a social media influencer. There are lots of talented people and excellent business out there that can provide way better and high quality photo prints to you with much reasonable pricing and GENUINE staff. Check their past critical reviews on google, yelp and Facebook and you will find similar stories/experiences Not gonna lie, paying 500 bucks for those tiny prints with low quality now is a running joke with our family and friends about how we got swindled. LOL. Lessons learned.
