Why I havent reviewed here in all the years Ive been coming to this wonderful place is beyond me. Either way, staff members like Isabelle (SUL SUL!! SLAY!), Toni, Kaylee, Leena, Debbie, Jalisa, and Gracie make the store super inclusive and accepting of a LGBTQAI person as myself. Im always happy when I see their smiling faces and offer to immediately offer help. Its also a bonus that they are also very accepting of my little dog who accompanies me. All in all, the standards that Greenwich Sephora set for some customers that may be outside the target demographic are second to none. I am always happy to come in and I hope to get a beauty makeup for myself one day!

I love this location ,every time i come back i have a great experience.Most of the times i have been helped from Shqipe, she is so sweet and patient helping me to choose all the products that i need.

Leena was wonderful. Sweet, helpful, and efficient. With her help, I was in and out in minutes. Everyone else in the store was very friendly, too.

I have been to many other beauty supply stores. This Sephora carries higher end products to suit every age group. I have to say if you are struggling with your makeup go see ROY!!!! I cannot say enough about his ability to listen to me as a customer. My needs and wants. He did not once interrupt me. He let me tell him what I wanted. I had a bag full of products from another store worth over $300 that were all the trending now items. That did not suit my aging 46 yr old skin. I am an esthetician so I wanted makeup that covered but looked like skin and was glowing. He delivered just that with ease. From the moisturizer to primer, u see eye cream, concealer, foundation and setting powder and setting spray. have been using it for a week and it has not disappointed. It stayed on all day without creasing. I have received so many compliments from my clients saying my skin looks flawless and glowing. Thank you ROY! You are amazing. I wished I lived closer so I could come visit you. I have told all my clients about you and told them it is worth the trip from Niantic to Greenwich. You deserve a promotion and a raise. We love you!!!!!
