1st Selection Home Inspection

Highly recommend this company! I am a first time home buyer and was a bit nervous that I didn't know enough about the process. Luckily, Jason took his time explaining everything and even provided some maintenance tips. Highly, highly recommended!

Jason was unbelievably helpful! He showed up early and had already done a thorough investigation of the exterior of the house (which he then explained to me in detail) when I arrived. We walked through the interior together and he was extremely informative and thorough. He was so patient with me, which as a first time home buyer I appreciated so much. His report included every detail and photos to help us understand everything he saw. We learned so much about our house from the time we spent with Jason. He was professional and friendly and seemed to genuinely love what he does. I will be recommending him to any friends buying houses!!

Jason was awesome! Scheduled an inspection for us the next day in this competitive market. During the inspection, he walked us through the entire process providing detailed explanation of things we needed to know and provided tips on how to maintain the home in the future. Also, on the day of the inspection, we were notified that part of the home was going to be inaccessible which was concerning to us. Jason offered to come back and complete the inspection of that portion of the home at a later date at no extra charge (luckily this wasn’t needed). Great man. Very highly recommend! Thank you Jason!

Jason did my home inspection and was amazing! He was very thorough, took pictures of everything, provided knowledge and answers to my questions every step of the way. He was very nice and professional! I highly recommend him! The best in the business!!
