    image Corey worked quick and fast to get me the car I wanted. Very kind, patient, and never made me feel "pressured" to look at other cars or was forceful towards me. The whole dealership makes you feel like family as soon as you enter. Warm welcoming! Wish they were still going to stay here in Greenwich, but Stamford is not far away.

    image I can't even find Stamford Acura on yelp.  When you go to the Greenwich Acura website you are redirected to Stamford Acura.  When you call Greenwich Acura they pick up in Stamford.  This would lead someone to believe that they are connected in some way.  Yet when you go in to Stamford with a lease agreement from Greenwich Acura it will not be honored.  Be aware of this!  Though the agreement I entered into states that all maintenance will be covered for the term of my lease I was curtly told today that this is not the case.  They acted as though they have no relationship with Greenwich which seems hard to believe.  Stamford Acura has lost a customer who truly wanted to love them and they lost one over a $79/oil change.  I will repeat this story as many times as is necessary, never leave a customer with this level of dissatisfaction...especially a vocal one!

    image While every Acura dealer in the tri-state was marking up (aka call it price gouging or market adjustment depending on who you ask) the 2022 MDX by $2-4k over MSRP, I couldn't believe it when this dealership casually said they are simply charging MSRP. The reason, they explained, was because the owners heard feedback from Yelp and decided that they cared about customers first and chose to be an exception to the rule because they valued their long-term reputation.They also gave me the top end of the range for my trade-in vs. other dealers who lowballed to squeeze the max profits on both sides of the deal.The general manager, Ty, was very upfront, transparent, and reasonable from price, fees, rebates/discounts, and trade-ins. I did not negotiate since everything was within expectation. Every staff I interacted with was great; particularly, my sales consultant was Brian Bankson whom I recommend.FYI "Greenwich Acura" relocated to Stamford and now called"Acura of Stamford".

    image The only reason I gave this place of business 2 stars and not 0 is because of Julien and Benny. This Acura of Greenwich just relocated to Stamford location. They have only been open for about 3 weeks now. The general manager whose name is Ty, is a RACIST.  I walked in with my parents looking for a car for my mom. While trying to reasonably negotiate with the sales guy Julien, (who was great) Ty walked in and the conversation became between him and my father. As my dad tried to negotiate what would be reasonable, instead of Ty being the general manager and professional, as my dad was talking to I him he walked out on my family mid sentence left us sitting there. Had it been any other family or persons I'm not sure he would not have acted the way he did. I expressed to Julien how that made us feel and how disrespectful he was. Towards the end of the first visit, Julien tried apologized for his "GM" and I stopped him and told him he should never apologize for someone else's ignorance. As for Ty, maybe you lost your social skills within the last 15 months or maybe it's just the people who raised you, I'm not sure. But I am  sure we weren't the first people you've done it to and I'm sure we won't be the last. I just hope the cash we gave keeps you asleep at night.  The only reason this we chose to stick with the purchase is because my mother is a praying woman and she made sure she got what she wanted no matter the obstacle. There's a lot of favoritism with this "GM" as well. He picks and chooses when he decides to accept personal checks it is usually based off what they look like. The policy is that they DO NOT accept personal checks at all no matter what they look like. It's written all over the facility in red. But again, it's the entitlement that he feels he has.

    image I bought my car from Greenwich Acura a month ago. Brian was the salesman that helped me and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very nice, polite and prompt from the first time we communicated on email. After I had looked at so many cars Brian really took the time to explain all the features in the car to make sure I understood everything. And when I took the car out for a test drive it helped me fall in love with the car as I got to use some of the fun features that he showed me. I also met Ty the GM who was very involved in my transaction. He has also been a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor hiccups but Ty took the time to make sure everything was resolved andsatisfactory. The dealership is under new management and it shows they're making great changes.Also their rest of the team we're very nice including, Bennie and Corey. Hoping everyone at the service department is as nice as the sales team!
