I’ve never had to advocate for myself so much with a pharmacy. When you have a extremely rare illness the picking up and filling prescription part should not be this hard. Ive had issues picking up antibiotics, nebulizer treatment medicine, and pain medicine. I often am given 1/4 of my well an advance noticed medicines while they order the rest. I love supporting small but this Has become a stress inducing activity and uncomfortable. It’s very unfortunate

Listen up. Do not go to the Big Boxes for your prescriptions. Go somewhere that is competent, friendly and family run, where the workers are really vested in customer service and part of the community. This is the place. The Keating's are hands down the best Pharmacists you are going to meet. You will not regret doing business with them. They will learn who you are and recognize any special needs you have. Try to find that at the Big Boxes.
