Assured Partners ins. is a giant Co. that for years has been buying up mom and pop Ins offices around the country. Been dealing w them in NW CT for a few years. Service has gone to hell after they bought out local offices. Their staff can't seem to handle a 3 minute conversation to rectify an issue but they don't mind doing mindless emails for days wasting time.
When they write a policy they never go through the details . You tent to find out what is lacking as time goes on. When you try to rectify the situation they don't want to hear about it.
This is what the ins. bus. has come to. Customer service is dead just pay your bill . Would give no stars if I could.
