Horrible patient service, my pcp doesn't seem interested during my visits and does the bare minimum. The ladies at the front desk seem bothered by your presence and their patient service is absent.

There seems to be zero awareness of appointment times and keeping to a reasonable schedule. Have been sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and have heard the women at the desk explain to each patient to arrive at time x for an appointment at time y. If the patients are expected to keep to a schedule, shouldnt the practitioners be held to the same standard? Delays also occur when scheduling physicals. If I am scheduling the appointment a year in advance, but I am still facing a lag of several months, that seems to indicate a problem.

Terrible I mean terrible service They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treated my mother !!!!! Dont go there this is a warning

They used to be kinda good, then they became very unhelpful but it at least seemed like an effort was being made, now they are unhelpful and mean. The walls are also too thin and you can hear a good deal of other patients' consultations. Medical assistants have been nice. Not the doctors or receptionists, only the nurses.

I went there today I had wanted to switch doctors the doctor I saw told me to stay with my doctor because its hard to get appointments with her and she knows my history but with MyChart any doctor can see everything you have been through. She was recommended by someone I know but I would not recommend her to anyone Dr Ramya I will never go there again but will find a different doctor.
