        DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! GO ELSEWHERE! A company of this magnitude SHOULD be able to reverse a "pending" charge on your credit card when THEY cancelled your order because the item was not in stock. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company and their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was my first and final time I will EVER purchase anything from this company.

        Horrible company! We were sold an 'end of year' discounted item in Dec. 2017, which was delivered in Jan. 2018. Parts were missing, making this item unusable. At considerable extra expense, we purchased additional parts. We subsequently found out that the item was a 2016 model, which was never disclosed. We have contacted this company many times and get either a nasty representative, or no return call at all. Messages were left for supervisory help....no response. WARNING: I would not do business with this company!
