I saw Dr. Dinicu yesterday. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant because this was the first time I have seen her due to the unfortunate departure of Dr. Lamonica. Dr. Dinicu is friendly, patient and a good listener. I highly highly recommend her, actually contacting my sister and daughter to tell them how happy I was with my positive experience!

I don't have an issue with the doctors but when you don't have a good staff it makes all the difference. I will not be going back to them for that reason.

I highly recommend womens health of Connecticut. Absolutely amazing doctors and staff. Looking forward to my next appt. I hope other people have the same great experience as I did.

I'm giving one star because I can't even get the office to call me back to make an initial appointment. I am not a patient yet so I can't communicate through the portal. I submitted an appointment request 1 month ago, called several times, left 2 voicemails, and I STILL did not get a call back. They never answer my calls. I even asked my doctor to send a referral to the office, hoping this would prompt them to contact me, but that didn't work either. I've heard good things about Dr. Peters-Gee and Dr. Regan, so I was really hoping to see one of them, but at this point it's not worth the frustration. Even if I get an appointment, it's apparent that the staff/receptionists would not care enough to call me back if I needed to reach out to them. I understand that medical offices get busy, but I have never had this issue with any of the other 50+ doctors I have seen over the years.

Loved Dr Peters-Gee but her colleague's no where near as professional or caring. They sent a bill for one dollar and 4 dollars to collections, that I never knew I had From 2 years ago. I have been in that office 3 times since and no one said anything about 5 dollars. Then the office blew off a virtual heath appt because they claimed they hadn't received my test results. All they needed to do was call me to cancel or call and tell me they didn't have my results and to reschedule my appt. Instead they left me waiting by the phone for over an hour. When I called they asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I said, do you mean the bill I haven't even received yet, from TWO WEEKS ago!?! Umm 30 day billing cycle and a chance for my insurance to pay their share would be nice.
