Fantastic service - I had my oil on auto-fill, but then I guess when I bought my new house it went to "will-call". I realized I was basically running on fumes one morning which also happened to be the morning we were expecting 18" of snow. I called for an emergency fill-up, they came out with two 5-gallon pails in the middle of a crazy snowstorm and put enough oil in to get me through the day and then showed up first thing the next morning to fill me up.
Only thing is the guy who came was driving a rear-wheel drive van that was all over the place - I felt bad for the employee, he was definitely in dangerous conditions to be driving that crappy van around.

I called last night with a semi emergency. Spoke with Mike. Thank you Mike for being thoughtful and took the time on the call with me. Because I was impressed with Mike I called in the morning to see if I could get oil right away. I was out. Barbara answered the phone. Talking with her felt like talking to a neighbor that always makes an extra banana bread and brings it to you. She was warm and very kind.
My delivery came. Thank You Juan, a very polite young man. Then I went into the office to fill out paperwork.
That's when I met Pat. I told her that I was first skeptical about going with a big company. Because you
sometimes feel like a number. But this company has the feel of a Mom & Pop store.
Makes me almost happy I ran out of oil...Almost...
My 94 year old Mother and I Thank You !!!
