The receptionist is the worst has an attitude from the beginning. Wont let you speak to the doctor. Prohealth is prohealth same doctors in network but cant see you again if ailments dont go away in what they treated you for have to make an appointment with the PCP who in the same network. All about money and not patient care.

Always a horrible experience dealing with them. If you are looking for a primary care doctor keep looking.
Update 2/23 same terrible service. They have changed to a new online chart application. Did not update on how to gain access signed up through their site and did not have the information needed to access sent to me like it said it would. Because of this change I couldn't request a refill through the app so had to call. Called 3 times sat on hold for almost 10 minutes and then someone just hangs up.

This office is awful. Called three weeks ago for refill for father they never sent it to the pharmacy. Pharmacy has reached out to them 4x for another refill with no answers go to Hartford Healthcare or UCONN! This place is horrible for Medical Care

Disappointing level of service. No on call Dr. Trying for days to get a script called into pharmacy for 4 days. No follow up.

Cancels last minute without notice but you can reschedule over a month later. Great that I took time off from work for these clowns.
