        Store is a total rip off. Items that you can find for $15-25 will usually cost roughly double. Staff is moronic also..

        This business is terrible. The man working the register could not process a simple return with a receipt and argued with me for 10 minutes about it.

        The new owner and employees are racist. I was followed around the store while shopping for toys. I brushed it off and went to purchase, the employee which was a tall South Asian man was on the phone, didnt look at me while making the transaction and threw the receipt at me. I felt disrespected and sad because I love coming to westfarms mall. I will never go to this store again and I hope it gets shut down. Ive seen him do this to others as well. He is so rude to every customer
