I LOVE my new dining room! Thanks to ProTect Painters of Westport and Fairfield, we have a whole new look. Vince and Chris were both extremely professional and punctual. The pricing is fair, and Vince provided many options and shared his expertise and knowledge. I highly recommend their servces and will use ProTect Painters again.

Scheduled a time to meet with them to get an estimate. They were a no-show. After 20 minutes, I called and was told that I was in fact on the schedule for that time and they didn't know why the worker didn't show up. The person on the phone tried to contact the worker - he didn't answer. 3 hours later I get a call from the worker apologizing. I made another appointment for the following morning. He showed up, took measurements, and told me I'd have an estimate on Monday (2 days later). Well, I never got the estimate. No call, no email - nothing. What a complete waste of my time.
