I thought our piano sounded fine. Well, when Jim finished the tuning and adjustments it sounded BRILLIANT. Our four soloists were so impressed with the tuning that they will be using his services, too.

I would give Jim Salvatore the highest recommendation. It was easy to schedule through his website calendar, and he was incredibly gracious when I called to reschedule with little notice due to an unexpected circumstance. He arrived on time, worked methodically, was charming, and incredibly generous with educating us about the process. It took about an hour to tune our piano and the price was reasonable. What could have been a chore turned out to be an interesting and fun way to spend the morning.
