        Sounds really professional during the sales pitch- turns out to be a total calamity. High pressure sales staff, extremely poor coordination between departments. Late for appointment with lots of excuses and no apologies. For first day of service they didn't even know their "best" caregiver was running VERY late.. We cancelled immediately. Would NOT recommend at all!
