Called Ken after finding Carpet Care online. He was at our house just a few days later and gave us a very fair price. He immediately got to work on our area rugs and one carpeted room. We have a small child in the house and he assured us the detergents he uses are safe and child friendly. Happy to say our sofa pretty much looks brand new again and all of the rugs and carpets are spotless. Best of all he uses a process that ensures the carpets are totally dry within an hour or two. We were walking around on them after a couple hours and they were completely clean and dry, not waterlogged like if you go rent one of those machines from Home Depot or the grocery store. Nice guy, too - friendly and personable. Highly recommend. We’ll be bringing him back to our house annually. My old carpet guy went out of business because of Coronavirus. He recommended Ken at Carpet Care. Ken came right away and left the carpets cleaner than I thought they would get. He's my new go-to guy for carpet cleaning in my apartments.

Carpet Care is an extremely professional company. Their carpet cleaning services are top notch, thorough and efficient. There flexibility to accommodate our schedule was appreciated. We have used their services at our Fairfield Fire Houses for years and will continue to do so.

Good guys. When my wife asked me to find a carpet cleaning service the day before the Super Bowl, I just laughed. But they showed up that day! Great job. I'll use them again.
