Dave is professional, prompt, and truly cares. We had been waiting for months for another company to get back with a quote on replacing our leaching field. Dave came out and really inspected our system (which the other company insisted wasn't necessary) He found a few things that could use tweaking but assured us that there was no need to replace our leaching field after all. He saved us thousands and gave us invaluable peace of mind! And he took the time to explain things so that we really understood our system. We will never use anyone else again!

He wrote a contract stating he would supply all the equipment and labor to do the job. After several delays showed up and started digging ran into rock. Then covered the hole and wanted more money to bring in other equipment to complete the job. I very nicely reached out to him several times and still haven't gotten the job completed. Now its bin the issue has bin handed over to a attorney Service: Sewer repair

This place had so many good reviews I decided to try it. No one ever answers the phone and I called first thing this morning and still no return call. I wouldnt want to rely on this place for an emergency.

David and his crew are consummate professionals. I recently witnessed them hooking up a New Haven restaurant to city sewer service and their work was efficient, professional, and very fast.  David's background as an Engineer no doubt paid off in their ability to get this job done. I strongly recommend them for site work, sewer or septic repair and construction as well as septic tank pump-outs, inspections, and cleanings.
