        I really appreciate the responsiveness of the EBWs crew to deal with some electrical problems on our Hatteras. Getting boat repairs in July along the CT shoreline can take weeks at most marinas. It was worth the trip from Stonington to Essex, where the problem was diagnosed and repaired in 2 days. Thanks again.

        John Lewis manages a competent crew of technicians at EBW. I observed this group closely as I lived aboard my boat for at least 2 weeks. These guys were always ready to lend a hand to ensure your vessel was ready for your voyage. They supported each other and seemed happy in performing their jobs whether cleaning the deck or adjusting power cables of a mega yacht. I think this is a reflection of the management and ownership of this facility. Once you leave the dock at EBW you can count on their continued support. This is firsthand feedback from someone who had questions about their boat weeks later. Special thanks to JP, our technician, who was the man of 1000 answers. I kept firing one question after another, and JP never faltered even to the extent of crawling down into the engine room to point out certain components. And to Donna, the real person that cheerfully answers the phone. If she cant answer your questions right away, then she sure will get back with you soon. These folks truly understand who the customer is. Yes, I can highly recommend EBW. As they all knew, we were taking our boat out of state and were not returning customers yet we treated like VIPs by everyone. And finally, if you have the time, make sure you stop by Carlsons Landing for some great seafood & cocktails. You cant beat the view of the Connecticut River.
