        Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The last 3 times Ive went theyve been out of chicken, steak, and white rice. The restaurant has trash everywhere. Seems poorly managed. Sad because they used to be great when they first opened. Will not be going back anytime soon.

        Our family takes home chipotle frequently for the convenience of a fresh and healthier take out option. East Longmeadow is our go to location normally, but April 1st we mobile ordered from Enfield as I was passing through the area on my way home. Unfortunately, we had STILL FROZEN CORN in our bowls. This Enfield location perhaps has moved away from fresh ingredients, quality, and customer service. When I called into the restaurant to report the issue, I was told to call corporate and request a refund. Why was there no ownership of making a mistake and offering apologies. Why would they not assist with getting a refund or even offer to remake our food? I called corporate as I was told and ending up on dead ends of automated voice machines. I then found a bot on the chipotle app you can talk to (because they give you no way to ever reach a live person). After over 30 minutes of dead end loops, I gave up. We are no longer giving our business to chipotle. I hope corporate will see this and maybe perhaps rethink their new ways.
