Connecticut Medical Supply

I was in need of a lift chair for post surgery. After trying multiple places, with extremely rude people on the phone, I found CT Medical Supply. Heather was extremely kind on the phone and very pleasant to deal with. Delivery of the chair was done by two associates who were professional and thorough. They wanted to make sure the chair was situated and in the spot I wanted it AND that I was comfortable. Their sister store Agawam Medical Supply has a showroom where you can see the chair and some of the items they sell. 5 stars all the way.

Cheryl was very helpful, courteous, and respectful. Many choices for wheelchairs. Very happy with my experience.

Poor delivery and pick up service. Warehouse and main office do not communicate well. They said they left me a message about picking up a chair and it was simply just not left. Just overall Another company with poor customer service...... Kind of rude as well

I would NEVER use Connecticut Medical Supply ever again due to their employee Cheryl. Cheryl is rude, unkind, and unbelievably unhelpful. I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else to avoid having to deal with Cheryl and her terrible attitude. I asked her to help me pick a shower seat, she tells me that no bathroom items are covered by the insurance company, so I purchase the chair out of pocket, just to find out that the chair should have been covered, she lied, and now she won’t accept a return on the chair (that I only bought because she lied) She was very deceitful and her miserable attitude only made the whole situation worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
