Never had a bad experience there. Everyone is amazing! My primary is down to earth and always going the extra mile. Anytime I send a message, I get a response rather quickly. I absolutely love this practice and the people here!

Trying to go in to see the doctor because I have an ear infection thats since developed into having a fever and got told to go to urgent because theyre seeing nobody with fevers, or seemingly just about any sick symptoms in general due to Covid. Unbelievable. Why do I even have doctors if I cant see anyone when Im sick with not covid? So frustrated last month I renewed my insurance for 2024 to stay here but next year Im out. Im just going to bitterly rot at home and hopefully recover out of pure spite, thats so unfair to burden urgent with every redirected sickness during winter with flu and covid out when Im sure theyre already inundated. Not being able to see your doctor because youre sick???? Say what? What, do I have to only call for silly things like my tummy hurts? No. Tested negative for Covid.

The office staff is rude and cold. The average time trying to call in is about a hour. If it wasnt the amazing doctor Id never recommend this place

I've been a patient for many years and haven't had any issues. Dr. O'Neill is great, listens thoroughly and I never feel rushed during my visits. I don't call the office often; I use the portal and always get prompt responses.
