        As someone that has worked at parkway. I want everyone to know that Angelica, not sure on last name but I know shes a CNA, is emotionally abusive to the residents. The way she speaks to residents is not okay. I have heard her call them stupid, say that theyre worthless, etc. i do not think this is okay at all. She is the reason that I stopped working there. If it was my grandma and she was speaking to her like that we would have serious issues. She needs to be fired asap.

        The first time my mother went there nearly 2 years they were okay. This last time a couple of weeks ago they Neary killed her. Tech had given her a breathing treatment and then "forget " to hook her oxygen back up leaving her sitting in her room for several hours in room oxygen until her oxygen sat went down to 50 percent. Unacceptable.
