I love this place. They do great work at reasonable prices and the lady that works behind the counter is super friendly.

I dropped off an item and was told it would be ready for pickup Saturday. I get there Saturday morning (website and door says they open at 8am), I waited until 8:45 am and no one ever showed up. I left and called back around 9:30 am and someone was there. I go back to the dry cleaner and get told my item wasn't there and not ready because "they didn't have electricity". My MIL goes in to ask them about it and they tell her a completely different story on how the item is ready but just not at the store and to come back Monday am. (They gave me $20 back) I go Monday to pick up the item and the owner is there. She doesnt apologize or anything just looks at me when I tell her I was told I would get $20 back she just hands it over and says "there". I think they're rude and obviously not that great of customer service. Not to mention my item i dropped off doesn't look that clean. Won't be going back.

They ruined a homemade quilt with instructions to "dry clean only".Returned looking as if "tumble washed" and quilt was badly damaged.Owner communications are difficult to say the least without feeling any responsibility for the damage they occured. Be very careful with something delicate being cleaned there.They lack the expertise to do properly!!

They did a super job on a car jacket. This is the before picture. , now it looks like new
