I am writing for a neighbor who was told that a tire could be replaced for a 40 dollar fee.. and was charged almost what the whole scooter was paid for.. I consider that gouging and now this couple doesnt have any money for Christmas and the man cant drive and needs this scooter to run his errands.. very sad and shame on this company!!!

These guys are great they know what they're doing, great work for very fair and competitive prices. I have been going here with my small engine repairs for over 7 years and don't go anywhere else. Jack is an awesome mechanic that can be trusted.

I am blown away that this place is somehow still in business. Check the BBB on this shop and just look at how many people say the same thing THIS PLACE IS SHADY!! lol I had a horrible experience with this shop a while back. They charged me an arm and a leg to do some mods to a scooter I had. They charged me at that time $90 AN HOUR!! lol come to find out they had just hired some dude that WAS NOT CERTIFIED like they argued and to make it even worse guys. He was a registered sex offender!! Thats who youre doing business with.. yep stand up shop. All true and I know that because I actually spoke to the man himself and we spoke about it and his challenges with getting paid by the owners of the shop. Also Im not sure if they still do this but they sell OCTANE BOOSTER to people telling them that its good for your scooter and that it cleans them out etc. The guy they had working on them told me the owners knew that Octane Booster is REALLY bad for scooters and will eventually make the engine seize up. Once the engine started acting up or even better for the shop seized up Chi-Ching!! And read their replies to the very real experiences of people read into the tone of which they use to reply and some of the downright laughable excuses such as the website dilema. Anyways lol if you made it this far.. beware.. this slimy family owned shop will take you for every cent they legally and illegally can. Yeah they been sued a bunch too lol amazing what you can find on the internet these days. You imagine how manny people are saved every time they take these warnings serious. Well, hope this helps.. who knows, maybe the shop owners will read this and say these words have touched my heart, I need to change to do good by all of my customers, no more shady practices.
