We bought an old house in Monroe, and the septic needed a lot of work. We have tried five different local septic installation and service companies in the three years since, and Barcello is the only one to impress enough to warrant a review. They're better than the rest and simply because they do what they ought to. The other guys ghosted us for months after giving us a quote. The other guys don't respond to emails or calls. When the other guys do communicate, it's confused and contradictory. When we bought a brand new septic tank from the other guys, they didn't install it to code. Everyone we've talked to at Barcello, from the owner to the techs, is kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They turn up on time, they know what they're doing, and they do it with a smile. They keep us in the loop. If they need us to decide something they're always ready to offer their advice. And it's good. You might reasonably expect this from any company but I'm betting if you don't use Barcello, you aren't getting it.

Would recommend highly came out and cleaned my familys septic tank and installed and new cap both men were nice and professional.

As a potential new homeowner, Barcello & Son performed a septic inspection for me at a property/house that I had an accepted offer on. Time is of the essence while trying to purchase a new home and Chris was reliable, personable, and followed up with me immediately after the very thorough inspection. Dont look for anyone else, hes your guy! HIGHLY recommend!
