After our basement flooded, we called Rafael. He was prompt (he came over within an hour) and as you can see from the pictures he dug up some crazy stuff (tree roots and branches). We’re thankful that he helped us fix the problem!

Had a sewerage backup at a commercial property. Rafael came out very quickly and jetted out the sewer system getting rid of the clog. Good guy as well. Price was a bit higher than expected but the job was done so can’t really complain.

Being a new homeowner, I had no idea where to turn when my pipes started to leak. Of coursework all this during a holiday weekend. Rafael talked me through it and left me feeling confident it would be in good hands. He came out bright and early the next morning and was very informative. Not only is he knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, he is extremely kind and respectful. I now know a little bit more about the pipes that are now mine. Thank you for making this mess manageable and painless.

I’m very pleased by the service I received from Rafael at The Drain Medic. We had washed our clothes and found water all over the basement floor. Rafael came out within a couple of hours and cleaned out the clogged sewer pipe. He was pleasant to work with and got the job done quickly. We couldn’t be happier.
