Extremely responsive, professional and courteous, scheduled a service appointment for my LG washer. The appliance repair guy knew exactly what the issue was and got it fixed with a quickness. Just wanted to really thank you guys for fixing our refrigerator and freezer yesterday. I've always tried to fix our appliances myself, I have to say that calling Elite Appliance Repair was a lot easier. Repairman, (or I guess they call them techs in the Appliance Repair industry) was a very down to earth guy and was in and out in 2 hours at our home in East Hartford.
