This office refuses to fill out paperwork if your physical has not been within the past year. This is the second time I needed clearance for school, and this office has refused to fill out the forms. Both forms had medical questioners to determine clearance, neither form required a physical. This is obviously about money, since they do not profit from signing their name, they require a physical.

Do you not go to this doctors office ever there inconsiderate rude disrespectful the doctors have no clue what theyre doing their bedside manner is completely off they dont deserve anything they dont deserve patients they dont know how to treat their patients they lied Im in the process of possibly suing them Including their office staff have absolutely no clue what theyre doing every single nurse every single doctor in this place not just one

Dr. Casablancas is, hands down, the best primary care physician I've ever had. He responds quickly to messages via MyChart, helps advise holistically, and is a caring and attentive doctor. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

If I could give less then one star I would. Please if any of your family members are sick and you care about them DO NOT take them here. They do not care at all. This is the absolute worst doctors off I have ever come in contact with. They should be shut down.
