First and last time visiting Angelico’s. Complete lack of management and organization. Went there on a Saturday night before Mother’s Day expecting a packed house and the place was empty. One waitress came over to get our drink order and a different waitress actually brought the drinks. My uncle got a beer that was warm, and when we asked for another one it was even warmer than the first. Then when we placed our food order, we ordered appetizers as well as entrees, and the waitress put it all in at once so when it all came out, some of the food was cold, soggy and overall not good. My uncle who had the warm beer ordered wings as an appetizer and when it came out with the rest of the food, they were undercooked and cold. He also ordered 2 quesadillas and only got one and the one he did get was overcooked. I ordered a $22 hot lobster roll. The bun was burnt and there was barely any lobster. On top of the bun being burnt, it was tiny and for $22 I was expecting a lot more. From what I’ve heard from other people, it has been like this for some time and even though I’ve only been here once, I can tell from over 3 1/2 years of managerial experience in a restaurant, there was a total lack of management in the kitchen.

At Easter Brunch 2019 was awful. Too many people, seem like the restaurant was over booked. Seating was on top of everyone. Food area was tight and couldn't easily get to everything. They ran out of food. The plates were dirty. The waiters were great and tried to do the best they could.
