You should think twice before buying a home from Jon. Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and rude. Took days to weeks to respond, verbally berated my realtor, and extremely condescending with almost every encounter. After all those years of “experience” you’d expect a level of professionalism. Helped turn a first time buying a home into a very unpleasant experience. When the time comes to buy a home again if it is being sold by this group I would never put myself through this again. I’d think twice before using them to sell your home as well.
