Would & have highly recommended Griswold Plumbing. We lost our well pump, unexpectedly, recently. We had heard of Griswold, so we reached out to the company & the receptionist was great to work with, she easily scheduled an appointment to review & give us an estimate for the service. They fixed it quickly & professionally. They warned us about the sediment that would come with this new well pump, they gave us an approximate time frame for how long & told us how to deal with it. Any & all questions that I had, they were highly responsive to our concerns. Service: Pump repairs & installation

We just had a pump and tank put in today. I am extremely happy with the excellent work they did. I would definitely recommend them for well work or plumbing work.. Excellent...thank you Edit... last night we had a pipe break in the basement . Water flooded the basement. I was at work and since we have done alot of work with Griswold I told my husband to call them (they show that they offer 24 hr service) he called them twice. No call back. Hsd to call a different plumber. So I have no idea what happened here but.. fast forward to August 2021. Well pump randomly turned off. I called. They called me right back. They were there in half an hour. The well pump.is good but the switch needs replacing. They gave the number of an electrician. They were fast, very courteous and they've taken care of almost all our plumbing needs.

While Griswold did repair my broken sump pump, they refused to supply me with an itemized bill. Even after I told them my insurance would not reimburse my $950 bill without it being itemized, they refused to itemize the bill I had already paid. This practice, which they call company policy, should be made clear at the time of service. Otherwise, as in this case, their practice seems suspicious and they can take advantage of consumers like myself who are in an emergency situation (like 2 inches of water on my basement floor). Griswold uses predatory tactics to take advantage of people in dire need with no explanation of the breakdown of their costs. I have never met anyone who isn’t obligated to tell the consumer what they actually paid for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS: they had to send a plumber out on the weekend 2 months later to fix the sump pump hack job they installed that was spraying water everywhere after snow melted... Service: Leak investigation and repair

I Called Griswold Plumbing For A Leaking Shower and A Hot water Tank .MIKE and ELI Came Out They Were Great Gave Us A Quote and Went Right to Work. They Were Very Neat They Had Mask And Protection On There Shoes. They Also Left The House Neat And Clean . Also The Office Staff Was Very Nice On The Phone. Thank You Griswold Plumbing. We Now Have Hot Water and No Leaks.
