I am very dissappointed with there service. I have issues with Rodents coming into my basement each month, they had tried sealing some holes but felt not to continue servicing me for the Rodents when that is there business. Very Bad work ethics.

Adam was fantastic! It's not often that I come across a technician with such excellent politeness, intelligence, and knowledge. He responded to any queries or concerns with assurance and knowledge. As a result, I left with the assurance that my money was well spent. We had a bee and wasp infestation, which Adam handled professionally and gracefully in "no time." We expected family from New Jersey and New York City to arrive the next day, along with several children. If this problem was not addressed, it may have resulted in a "situation" in which bees and wasps attacked the children. Issue solved. Our family has recently relocated to the Connecticut River (Middlesex County) Area, and the service is consistent with the other services we have received. Knowing that our new house has ONE LESS PROBLEM provides us peace of mind. But, before the appointment with Adam, I had the pleasure of working with Liz, the office coordinator and manager. SHE WAS OUTSTANDING. A true professional. Handled my service request in a timely and professional manner. She did her best, and it turns out that I got the best in Adam. Guardian is fantastic. I had ants throwing a party in my dishwasher. I called them and they came right out. The ladies that answer the phones are also very knowledgeable about pests and could answer any of my questions. Needless to say, the ants are gone!
