Cefaly has changed my life and has been added to my migraine toolbox. I never leave home or for short trips without it, especially in the event that I need immediate migraine relief!

I have had a Cefaly II (European Model) for a number of years now. I use it almost every day at bed time because I have noticed that the Cefaly is helping to prevent my migraines. The treatments help me to relax and I even fall asleep at times with the Cefaly still attached to my forehead. My model has 3 setting which I use when I have a full-blown migraine. I tried the Arnold Cefaly II Kit, but I didn't like the connection to the back of my head. Sometimes I would really get zapped. If you want to try it, get at least a 30 day trial period or better a 90 day period from your doctor. It takes time for you and your body to adapt to the treatments.

The Cefaly device works great for me! Its really helped my migraines. My only complaint would be that the electrodes dont stick very well to my head and I have to lay down to use it so it stays put. Ive followed the directions and still struggle with it staying attached.

So far so good after almost 3 weeks with Cefaly. There is a definite reduction in my frequency and intensity of my migraines. I've been very resistant to preventative treatments and have tried at least ten different meds, Botox, you name it. It's nice to have a completely unique treatment form that actually does something about this godawful curse.
