Was going to give this place a try. Slow Wednesday night, stood at the podium for 10 minutes before leaving without being acknowledged.

So sad to hear about the fire. Food was really good. We just moved to the area and they were our first local spot we found. We cant wait for reopening.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here tonight 1/7/20. I come to a restaurant like this and expect three simple things. Good food, good atmosphere and good service. The first two met my expectations. The third, good service, was non-existent. We ordered drinks to start and she knew nothing about Pinot Noir. Very nicely I spelled it for her so she could write it down on her pad. We ordered appetizers which arrived with our drinks and salad and placed our orders. Then, never saw her again, that is, until she handed me the bill. Never came back to ask how we were doing, never came back to ask if we would like more drinks, which we did. Never came back to remove any dirty dishes, appetizers, salad and entree plates. Never asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. As I mentioned she did come back with the check then disappeared again. Never came back to get my credit card to pay the bill. Highly annoyed I had to go to the cash register to pay. And even that took 10 minutes as her and another waitress were trying to fix another customers bill. I tried to kindly give her a little advice on the art of a successful waitress and that was met with contempt. Out of the hundreds of restaurants I've been to, this was the most aggravating experience I have ever had. $148 (minus the tip) to feed three adults and two children is not a cheap meal and I'm more than willing to spend that and more, but not here again.
