I've had the pleasure of using Green Light for my wedding and honeymoon transportation choice. Great communication and professionalism. Always met with great help while booking and wonderful drivers. I used Greenlight/Meridain limo service for my son's wedding in Oct. I can not say enough wonderful things about the service, from Veronica( the best customer service you could ask for) that answered all my questions for months before the wedding to the drivers of the 2 buses and vans we used for the weekend. Everything worked like clockwork. I was nervous about buses showing up at hotel and I was already at Venue but I had nothing to worry about. The drivers texted me when they arrived at hotel to let me know and my guests said everything was right on time and drivers where very nice and even played music on bus to get everyone ready for the big event. I could not have been more pleased with everything. Do not hesitate to use Greenlight/Meridian for all your transportation service. And tell Veronica, Caryn sent you.

We hired this business for my wedding. Driver had specific instructions on where to drive and when. He was told to turn around after dropping off the first group of people at our venue. It was a 55 person bus and he left with less then 10 people on the first trip. My bridesmaids and I were supposed to be on that trip...we were waiting downstairs for him to come back. I had to call because he was nowhere to be found. When I called he said he was parked on the side of the street because he was waiting to come back at 1:15 I told him he was supposed to come back right away and he started arguing that it wasn't true and that he wasn't coming back. After arguing on the phone he came back. I was late to my venue and everything had to be rushed after arriving. He also refused to go through the back entrance to the venue because he simply did not want to do it. We had a guest that could not walk upthe hill to the venue but he didn't care to drive around ND accommodate our guests. My guests were exposed to his unprofessionalism with was embarrassing. Would never hire this business again.
