Marcus is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with watches. Hes also honest and straightforward, only charging for what needed to be done. Also, expect to hear a few fun stories while there- all part of the experience. Highly recommend Krutlow Jewelers!

Unfortunately Mr. Krutolow had to close his store because of the pandemic. I arrived at his store to find a note on the door with a cell number to call. I only needed the battery in my watch replaced but called the number. Mr. Krutolow answered and informed me that he was now working from his home. He offered to meet me in his parking lot where I gave him my watch. He delivered it back to me at my work location early the following day! Superb customer service! Please support this wonderful business like I have for years.

We have been customers of Marcus for over 20 years. He designed an engagement ring and wedding band exactly to our liking. Marcus certainly knows his diamonds. He was able to find the perfect high quality diamond at a very fair price. We are repeat customers and highly recommend.

As soon as I walked in this store, the owner made me feel like I was family. He was very welcoming and had a great personality. Marcus is very knowledgeable in every aspect. The thing I loved most is that he spoke to me as if we were family and not a hustler. Marcus is the guy you want to see. Will definitely do business with him again.
