        I have been here a number of times the bagels are excellent. However the coffee is usually cold to lukewarm. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I have heard manager and staff talking crap about the customers and making fun of them. Night staff is even worse I have seen them horseplaying and throwing things. This doesn't reflect on the entire franchise, I believe this store is poorly managed.
