Richard Donohue Studio-Music

I took lessons with the Donahue for years. At one point Rich Jr. Even tutored me in school. They taught me absolutely NOTHING while fooling us with their charm and wit.i confided in rich jr as familly only to be pushed away more and more as I grew older. While taking these lessons I was focused on classical style piano. Recently I reached out to them to hear some classical style piano music I've written and as soon as they remembered and realized who I was I was told they couldnt have time due to COVID even though the original agreement was I'd send them recordings. Their other excuse was that they only focus on classical music of the utmost tradition- so I ask this simple question; what did we pay them to teach me for all those years?because we payed them to teach classical of the utmost tradition. This proves that their own teaching isnt good enough by their own standards or else I would imagine they would love to hear the music of a man who they once wrote a letter for describing me as "genius". Anyone that allows these people to fool you into believing they actually care about anything besides money and their self image are fools and highly suggest seeking instruction elsewhere. I would be willing to give lessons for half the price of what anyone is currently paying them just out of spite. This is not a joke and every detail is a FACT.

Richard Wm Donohue has been the best music/voice teacher I have ever had in my 40 years of singing. It has been my great privilege to take lessons from him and to perform with the New England Chamber Choir for the last 12 years. The entire Donohue family and staff are to be commended.
