I called last week to cancel my appointment at 11:00am and left a message. There is no way to contact this office via email or they do not make it findable on their website. I got an email today that my appointment is still booked and my voicemail was ignored. I called and left another message. I feel strongly that my requests were denied so that they can charge me a cancelation fee.

Went today for my first visit. I must say, theyre hands-down, the best dentist Ive been to so far! As soon as you walk in, youre greeted professionally & feel very welcomed, waiting area is very clean with little beverages/snacks on the side to pick from. I switched recently from my former dentist in Newington (dont recommend), and the staff here at Advanced Dental are amazing. I was also overdue for a regular cleaning & one of the staff members had an opening; So I went for a 2nd consultation appointment regarding my options for an Implant/Crown & I was able to have a regular cleaning done the same day! Highly recommend!!!
